Awesome builds!!!!!!! In the beginning of this video, you touched on humidity. I watched someone else's video who was talking about moisture and how it effects your filament and potentially your project as well. How do you deal with it. BTW, I live in the mid-west, so I am no stranger to high temps and humidity in the warmer months.

I did not enter the comp because I know I was not going to win and I’m really bad at solving puzzles but they are all really cool puzzles and the winer deserves that 3D printer!

I was in Disneyland when it was 114 degrees, I got heat stroke and almost died. I know how he feels.

congrats to the winners but have you really not seen a rotating path puzzle before? it's in probably every phone puzzle game i've played. gears should have won imo. good job everyone!

I won't do another MyMiniFactory puzzle until they put up official rules for entry. I "submitted" my puzzle a day before the deadline but it took several days to process and it never showed up on the entries. It also wasn't clear what time zone the contest ended. I looked the day after submission supposedly ended and you could still submit. I messaged MyMiniFactory support a month ago regarding the validity of my submission and never received a reply. Of course my puzzle wasn't the best compared to the others, but I am disappointed in their unethical practices.
chad tarbutton (2 months ago)
If you submitted, you should of been entered? Which puzzle was yours?
NPG3D (2 months ago)
chad tarbutton I submitted mine a day before as well. They could have at least responded to my ticket. They are unethical.
chad tarbutton (2 months ago)
The time was not clear. Since that was the case, I submitted a day before to make sure my puzzle was in. I didn't do anything with social media aside from spreading the word on fb to show my friends and family.
Josh C (2 months ago)
NPG3D I used Twitter
NPG3D (2 months ago)
Josh C Thanks. This is something I did as well. I posted on my blog and on Thingiverse... What do they define as social media? The details are non existent. No official rules are given. According to online law blogs this is the biggest mistake. I'm mostly upset, however, that I'm likely never going to get a response from their customer support, which is inexcusable.

WHEN DO YOU DO THE review for 3dmate pen?
Heather Monks (2 months ago)
Can I just mention that the 2nd and 3rd puzzles he pulled up are puzzles have already existed. They’re based on famous puzzles, and have some variation but still not as original. They’re still super awesome and transposing those puzzles into 3D printed models is awesome, I just wanted to mention you can buy those puzzles as well.
Zack Galasso (1 month ago)
Heather Monks I have seen the lock puzzle before but I've never seen the other one
Rotem Eshet (2 months ago)
Heather Monks Our submission (with the gears) was original. Any similarities are purely coincidental. It would be nice if you could share a link to what you belive are the original puzzles. Thanks!

Congrats to everyone who participated and to the winner! I'm happy to have participated. My puzzle was an idea I've had for a while so I was eventually gonna design it. Challenges like this one are great for bringing the community together. Cheers
