Days Gone is an upcoming action-adventure game developed by SIE Bend Studio and published by Sony Interactive Entertainment. It is scheduled to be released exclusively for PlayStation 4. It is SIE Bend Studio's first intellectual property since Syphon Filter in 1999 and their first console game since Syphon Filter: Logan's Shadow in 2010. The game uses Unreal Engine 4.

Calm down people.Non of u know for shure how mutch of a total game was shown in trailers.And we cant see into the future to know if its good or bad.It deservs the benefit of the doubt.Many of u will still buy it and enjoy the shit out of this game.Its like everyone here gathered to talk bad about game they havent seen
This game needs more polishing. The fighting mechanics and melee attacks needs a lot of work.. Maybe you can atleast, dodge attacks against humans and counter them. And zombie AI

Gamers today are idiots who complain about the smallest thing or compare games that aren't the same like comparing this to RDR2 there's no comparison they're two different games two different genres this is like left 4 dead meets the last of us when I was growing up people didn't bitch about games like punk ass kids today do if it was fun we played it in the 80s-90s we played games for fun not because we were looking for an interactive movie that's pretty much what games are now not complaining about that but it's spoiled today's gamers
This game use to look good but with every additional video they release it looks worse and worse. The gameplay, animations, and audio are horrendous. Why does your assault rifle sound like 2 marbles banging around inside a glass bottle when you fire it? Nobody likes those dumbass, unrealistic chirpy gun sounds. Definitely a pass.

The Hud looks so unorganized and... Trash. The A.I. is even worse than what they showed a year ago. This game is a downgrade in every way. The zombies aren't even threats, in a zombie game. But you may say, "its only an alpha build"; Well, to that I say fuck off. If they wanted to improve this game between this gameplay demo and the last, they would have. There has been no improvement. They have run out of time to fix this.
I love the dynamic nature of gameplay in this game. Lots of emergent gameplay situations can arise through different play throughs looks like. I love the art style too it looks great and yet really optimized and smooth. Really good rag doll physics too.
This still need work. Request to add more melee executions. Also search glove boxes in more vehicles for supplies, or the console of a police car for say a shotgun. The kid freekers need another animation like hold onto your legs to slow you down or give another freeker a chance to grab you. Oh climb through vehicles when overwhelmed. Be able to syphon gas from most vehicles. Make explosions attract more freeks to that position.
I have to say the environments are very detailed and realistic. Hats off to the devs for their hard work on this. The lighting and overall ambiance in the game look incredible as well. I like the attention to detail on the wrecked vehicles too. This was one of the things that was really lacking in "the last of us" game. In my opinion it made that entire game look half assed. This story is very interesting and the voice acting is modern and believable which usually makes for a very immersive game. I'm looking forward to seeing more of the weather system in this game which already looks great from what I've seen so far.
