My fav is the red spartan by the way this is pretty much what happens when you kill marines and every one is a spartan 3 except the red which is a spartan 2 and the guy that gets lost which is a spartan 4 I know this is a live action film but FREAKING PRESS X TO RESPAWN or you know revert to last checkpoint or get to a safe place and wait for your team to respawn VIDEO GAME LOGIC am i right lads or am I right lads
I admire the passion to make films, but this just seems poorly made, like someone who's never played a halo game, or read a halo novel, wrote this.
The armors don't match, are we pre-human covenant war? Are we after the fact?
what place does the FOTUS Spartan have in all this? the inclusion of the master chief at the end invalidates his entire existence in this as it seems we are meant to believe he is meeting them to take Cortana, but the chief shows up and takes her himself, wtf?
How exactly does doctor bob and his band of airsoft buddies manage to take on and beat a group of Spartans? and they don't just beat them, they utterly destroy them in a gun fight with worse aim than storm troopers and the dumbest decisions ever made, I mean seriously, at 5:49 he's right there, and the Spartan is gonna shoot at the guy way in the back. Then doctor bob manages to go hand to hand with a spartan... AND WINS! Should've broke his wrist on the first punch.
All in all, I just don't get any of it, the red Spartan makes it feel like a comedy, the others make it seem serious, I just don't even know what this is supposed to be exactly. But what bothers me most is the comments. so many negative comments on a legit, well thought out halo film like "the fallen", but this is getting praise, I just don't get it. (For the record, "the fallen" is in no way perfect, but has much more thought and research put into it)
My question is how the hell did that man not get his arms broken while fighting the Spartans. A Magnum round might kill you in the games but in Lore. It would do jack shit against Mjlonir. And the regular human beating a spartan in CQC is just stupid.
Why do fan films of halo always have to be cheesy and stupid, hey make stupid jokes, I’m pretty sure the first guy that attacked them has super man underwear on, they don’t move around like special forces, they run in straight lines together, still waiting for a good fan film that takes it seriously
Makes sense, if we look at halo 4 for example, kill 2 marines, you're a dead spartan, won't even take a second for marines to kill a spartan. Marines > Spartan, Marines < Any Covenant, Spartans > Any Covenant. Video game logic, am I right?
