Crytek's Hunt Showdown - Official Steam Early Access Gameplay Trailer (New PvP Horror Game 2018) (Crysis Creators Crytek) coming later to PS4 & Xbox One.

Hunt’s competitive, match-based gameplay mixes PvP and PvE elements to create a uniquely tense experience where your life, your character, and your gear are always on the line. At the beginning of each match, up to five teams of two set out to track their monstrous targets. Once they’ve found and defeated one of these they will receive a bounty—and instantly become a target for every other Hunter left on the map. If you don’t watch your back, you’ll find a knife in it, and your last memory will be of another team of Hunters walking away with your prize. The higher the risk, the higher the reward–but a single mistake could cost you everything.

Kinda looks like Call of Juarez meets Painkiller. Of all the things CryTek would come up with, I'd have never guessed something like this. Graphics seem like a step down from Crysis 3, but I'm guessing they're trying to facilitate those with mediocre spec this time around.
The only problem with games like this is the developing teams. Of course there's gonna be some hardcore fans that will not care that much for new content, but for LOTS of players new maps added with regular updates and for free will be mandatory to keep the game alive.
The whole concept looks interesting, but in no way i'm gonna buy this until i don't know more about more maps.Playing on a single map will become boring after a short time.
Right now, crytek doesn't have any potential to make crysis 4. If Hunt becomes a hit and they earn lot of money, only then, we might see new crysis. Let's hope the Hunt will be popular, like LoL, or WoW, or Overwatch. :33
Gameplay Question: This seems a bit flawed. I want to know what Crytek are doing to stop the inevitable camp-athon that will be going on outside these 'boss' encounters. This seems like you can just wait till someone does the hard work and then just pop a cap in them and win the bounty/reward.
Minnimum system specs:
500 gigatons of power produced via 200 nuclear powerplants.
"Secret" Intel-AMD 69690000 Gen 1 quantum CPU.
Geforce-AMD 9991 GTX Vega Quantum GPU
246 GB of Ram from Kingston.
At best you're looking at 30 FPS.
I think the trailer may be selling us something a little off here, it kinda makes you feel like it's a free roam environment where you could bump into other plays causing havoc as you roam this monster ridden world and collect bounties, with the included option of teaming up with friends to take on the PvE and PvP aspects.
Actuality: Lobbies with set areas which will be pretty wide and look great but won't be the huge environment with chance encounters which would be gratifying and natural. I think it's smaller than they're making it out to be.
If I'm wrong it's going to be one of the greatest games ever, if it lives up to the rest of the trailer.
Multiplayer only... again. Am I the only person who would love to see this also as a single-player/co-op as apposed to, ONLY multiplayer? Perhaps a Left-4-Dead, type gameplay, scenario?... The gameplay looks really fun, and has a really impressive, creepy-vibe to it. So I feel like it would be a fantastic single-player game, too... oh well.
