What the fuck Mojo?! Tombstone wasn’t on this list?? I was expecting it to be #1! With the iconic actors, story, and the fact that it actually happened!!
Jimmy Lewis (1 day ago)
1. Once upon a time in the west. 2. For a few dollars more. 3. The good, the bad, and the ugly. 4. The magnificent seven. 5. The outlaw Josie Wells. 6. Rio Bravo. 7. Lonesome Dove 8. Big Jake. 9. Pale Rider. 10. Red Sun.

You forgot about John Wayne in McClintock that was a great movie
dnsmithnc (1 day ago)
Good list though I would have ranked The Outlaw Josey Wales higher. Even Eastwood thought it was better than Unforgiven. And Once Upon a Time in the West should be number 2 right on the heels of The Good, the Bad and the Ugly. If you included made for TV short series westerns I would have included Lonesome Dove, Open Range and Broken Trail. And I know it wasn't mentioned but I really liked Wyatt Earp with Kevin Costner in the title role and Dennis Quaid as Doc Holiday.
for a few dolars more...django... what happened here???

Tombstone not on the list ??
Frankencastle626 (3 days ago)
A strange pick for me considering it's a comic book movie. But Logan felt very much like a western to me. My father who grew up on them in the 50s said the same when we finished it in the cinema.
Lord FLako (3 days ago)

For a Few Dollars More not being at least top 3 makes this list irrelevant, the showdown between Mortimer and El Indio at the end deserves a spot alone.

Seeing how this list didn't include Tombstone then this list is bogus. Also there was no mention of Lonesome Dove which is another western classic. And seriously, the new True Grit? That movie was okay, but not a classic.
