From Skyrim to LA Noire and Stardew Valley, here are 11 of the finest third-party games headed to or *already on* Nintendo's new Switch console. You can faint with jealousy now, Wii U.

Outside Xtra this is my first time on the channel. I would like to say, i never want to come back. Fuck you for still fun of the wii u, just because it a lot of problems. This joke is annoying at this point!!!!!
What about Shantae 1/2 Genie Hero? I've never had the patience/skilkset to finish any 2D platformer in my life (from Yoshi's Island and Metroids to Ori and the Blind Forest) but Shantae was so enchanting I forced myself to finally learn how to platform, and oh how it was worth it. 12/10 game
What about the Outlast bundle of terror? I can't wait to be able to run through the corridors of Mount Massive & the corn fields of the old mining town once again while I still waiting for a class to start or on my way to school.
Nintendo and third party developers has got to focus more on framerate pacing and a consistent, stable framerate- even under high stress moments- throughout their games if they want to continue their appeal of EXPERIENCE over graphical fidelity and hardware specs.
I'm fairly sure that the Switch has, in its first year alone, done better than the WiiU in its entire lifetime. Maybe a bit of hyperbole, but still, the first year library is already better than the WiiU's first two, and only more to come in 2018.
Things the Switch needs to do to crush PlayStation and Xbox.
A 3D remake of Fallout and Fallout 2 and a rerelease of Fallout and Fallout - New Vegas
A new reboot of Streets of Rage
a 1920s and 1930s pro baseball game.
There are so many great Switch titles, definitely exceeded my expectations when looking at the initial launch titles. Excited for Skyrim 100%! GTA would be epic but I think GTA 6 is a way off, Online is still going strong 5 years later!
None of these horribly suprise me. Most are old games though. The Rabbid's is the only new IP Switch exclusive, Rayman's an exclusive but it's rly just a remaster of a game that's been out for 4yrs & Sonic's the only non-exclusive that launched on Switch. Thimbleweed, Doom & Lego worlds have been out on other platforms for a few months now (& according to reviews Doom has graphic issues compared to other consoles, which rly doesn't suprise me), Stardew & Overcooked were out in 2016, and Skyrim & LA Noire both remember Obama's first term.
I'm still kinda waiting to be wowed by the Switch as opposed to be told "Look at all these cool ports that are mobile now! Isn't that great?" With the exception of Rabbids, I've already beaten all the games listed a while back. Can I get something new to play to justify buying new hardware?
So... a bunch of games that we've already played on better consoles, and a stupid crossover. Yeah. The Switch is awesome. *cough* I mean, I love Skyrim, but how the hell is it supposed to be a reason to buy a system when I've already put 1500 hours into it across 5 different characters and 2 console generations? The best thing Nintendo could do (and they won't, because they're stupid) would be to release a ton of NES, SNES and Gameboy/color/advance games for the Switch, and cash in on nostalgia for everyone that doesn't already have all of those games on emulators. If you travel a LOT, the Switch might be worth it... if you're like the rest of us, it's a glorified dust collector that, once you finish Zelda, you only turn on for party games when you have friends over.
Hey Atlus soooooo Persona 5 on the Switch? I have it on my PS4 but experiencing P4 Golden on my Vita kinda spoiled me so how bout it you BEAUTIFUL TALENTED PEOPLE YOU!??? I'm currently jobless but I'll gladly wash cars in a hot pink thong and some pumps and eat ramen noodles for a year to save money for it....
I'm serious I N E E D P5 ON MY Switch.
No I'm not kidding.
Love you guys!
