should have mentioned how weak the fliers are or flyer rather, that and to have the carno run like a little school girl away from dragons unless you can gang up on em

thanks for testing it out its always good to get a second opinion also yeah i never tested phoenixes against carnosaur so thanks for doing that too

i just got around to testing it and as it turns out, star and moon dragons win most of the time while sun dragons don't, that's without factoring in the breath. also, both phoenixes lose as well as the those pesky birds
Schwarmführer (1 year ago)
please do as there's a possibility that the testing i've done is biased in some way, also this was for pure melee not including the breath attack for the dragons
william devlin (1 year ago)
ill have to give that a quick test

Actually i've found that feral carnosaurs only really lose out against star dragons and have a 50/50 chance of defeating moon/black dragons. Against sun dragons carnosaurs actually do quite well. I agree with you about the fliers though and wish that CA would add in ripperdactyls

From personal experience with them, the frenzy can be a good thing. Sure you loose control of them but most the time they are locked into main force of enemy and just chew them. Very seldom do I see them chase defeated troops across the map. But can happen.

My problem with that ability and the number 2 reason i dont really like playing the Lizardmen ( 1 being their lack of good ranged units) is the fact that it lock me in combat, making my 5 man cold ones rider unit seek out a fight and therefore get wiped out. I like to keep my units alive...
